Corticotherapy requires the use of powerful, fast, safe and long-acting substances in certain diseases of the locomotor system, respiratory system and skin. Dexatop and Dexatop LA possess these properties thanks to the size of the dexamethasone crystals.
The clinical action of Dexatop LA manifests itself 24 hours after its administration and lasts for 10-14 days. Its tolerance is very good, practically lacking side effects. It should even be noted that after its administration there are no problems with infosura in horses, as it usually happens after the application of other corticosteroids.
